To discuss at the next planning meeting:
• A co-op name!
• An official schedule maybe with rooms assignments.
• A list of expectations or a Code of Conduct.
• Is one lead teacher for all 3 class periods too much for one teacher?
• How much and how to handle fee collection/donation to St. John?
• Supply list for each family to provide their students
• Finalize Shakespeare selection
Field trip ideas. (I just spoke with a representative at the Salem Red Sox and they would be happy to set up a tour. We did this about ten years ago and it was great!)

I have offered to be one of the field trip coordinators. If we are interested in setting up a tour at the Taubman on Sept 5, we probably need to set it up ASAP. Is anyone currently working on that or is that something you would like me to do? If so, I need to know how many people and what time of day we were thinking. Also, if someone has a contact and could share it with me, that would be helpful!
